problem is your motherboard me thinks.

have u tried disconnect everything, use only 1 ram and connect mobo display to monitor?
If blank then motherboard problem is most likely.

Support for 1600 ram is dependent on if you are using Ivy Bridge CPU.
If you are, it is supported.
I dunno if you can get new, but spending RM200 - 500 to get your system up and running is the cost of computing.
After all, car batteries you replace every year, that's at least RM150 - 200 per year ...

This is how I would test.

1. Perform visual inspection. Check LAN chip if got burn mark (very popular symptom). Also check PCB of mobo and gc got discolor dur to heat.

2. Test naked with buzzer, CPU, mobo, PSU only to heard for no RAM beep.

3. If no beep, swap test the mentioned components in 2.

4. If beep, clean RAM contact pins and mobo slot with brush.

5. If still no display after 4. Try reset BIOS again or swap RAM to confirm.

6. If still no display after 5. Try swap GC to confirm.

Assuming all hardware no problem, usually just need to clean RAM contact pins.

Usually if no ram insert and still no beep, high chances the mobo is a goner.
