If your monitor and graphics card can support it, the higher the Hz number the better. This is the number of times per second that the computer refreshes your screen. The lower the Hz number, the more likely that you'll see flickering on the screen. The display runs at a 75Hz refresh rate, which is great for those who want a smoother and responsive gaming experience over the standard 60Hz refresh rate found on most monitors.
