I got it with COD option when the link was Flash Plus 2, now became Victim.

Parcel arrived yesterday, guess what? It is Flash 2, not Flash Plus 2 as i ordered.
the invoice stated Flash Plus 2 with imei which belong to a Flash 2!

I called its CS, asked for replacement. They replied saying that they will ask their Ninja van to come n pick up.
WTF! They don't admit their fault or apologize!

What shd I do then?

Asked them for exchange and send flash plus 2 la.

No admit this is wrong model sent. No talk about replacement what so ever.

Got a call from lazada today saying that they don't have stock for the gold color, only silver is available.

Does that mean, we only got silver only?although we pre order the gold ver?
