Yo Lowyat Property Sifus,

I newbie here has a question. Recently, I notice that Kampar has a lot of low-cost beautiful studio units. I believe the developer is targeting students and first time investors who dont have high budget for property investing. In terms of the location, they all are situated quite near to UTAR. One of them i saw, located at tin village. I wonder are they worth the investment?

agree.. supply>demand.

Tin Village is not really close to UTAR, it's more close to KTAR in Kampar New Town
