Sifus of ICE, I'm new to all this ICE stuff and I am just here to open a thread regarding the option of using active subs in my Myvi. I really do not need a big boom box in my boot as I need the boot space... I am researching online on active subs and I really cant figure out which to choose from as there are so many of them. Currently I am looking at Infinity Basslink SM8, JBL BassPro SL8, Pioneer TS-WX120A, Kenwood KSC, Mohawk 10 inch and lastly MBQ...Xcite Audio
Really hope to get replies as I cant really test these active subs out until they are installed and I dont wanna spend my money on one that will disappoint me.
I know they will never sound as solid or as rich as those boom box but this is the only option i can choose from

Well i know those active subs have their limitations... However i have made my choice and went ahead to install the infinity basslink sm from xcite audio! The bass is quite good for something so compact but I now understand why those ICE sifus always recommend going for the sub box. The infinity is quite punchy and rich for something so small but the bass doesn't really shake the whole car. My fren has a cap ayam monoblock and a nightkidz 12" sub installed in his myvi and the difference is still phenomenal... but i'm happy with my choice as i need the boot space

Yea bro, just went there a few weeks ago and met with Chris. He is very helpful and eager to share info on how ICE's should be set-up according to our requests

he is a very nice guy and he will never force us to buy the stuffs but will explain, advise and suggest based on our budget.. hope u enjoy the music bro
