I have received a letter from lawyer regarding to asking me to pay RM60 being reimbursement of registration fee on caveator consent?

do i really need to pay the lawyer ?

what is caveator consent ? i google still can't get answer.

I have already paid all the necessary fee to the lawyer , and i have got the deed of mutual covenant.

ur opinion would be much appreciated.

Are your transaction is purchasing a property? I think that is something like "kebenaran memasukkan kaveat".

Your lawyer should charge you this at the first place.

no add hoc charges allowed. tell them to absorb it or else report to BAR
