Theme Missing Suddenly, Need Help

Hello guys,
Out of my sudden, my themes that I have been using does not seem to work anymore. Instead of showing the theme, Windows is replacing it with the Windows 98 style kinda look. Is there a corrupted file? I tried getting new theme but doesn't seem to work. |
