If im not mistaken territorial boundaries are not the same as nation's boundaries. I believe this clause is meant for their distributor in Singapore which is authorized to distribute in this region.
So if all this time you have been accessing from Malaysia then its fine, as long as U dont plan to migrate to Aust and play from there.
