My a/c was created on Nov 2004 under an Australian address but ive changed it to a Malaysian address now. Blizzard knows there are ppl from other countries besides those stated in the TOS playing WOW on the US servers.

It's just a blanket clause in the ToS that you will find in a lot of legal documents to allow the company to take action without letting you sue them. Just a way of protecting their asses should it become necessary sometime in the future to close down accounts from other countries due to DOS attacks, mass hacking, rampant gold farming, whatever.

If anything, it should serve to compel Malaysian players to conduct themselves decently online. Because in the event of a complaint against you, you can be kicked out immediately without much bother as stated in the ToS. Dont make yourselves a nuisance and all will be well.
