Feedback Signature Rules ?

Im wondering does this signature infrige the rules? I've reported atleast twice that i can remember...and the sig was off for a while.. Now it comes back again... And the guy/girl opening many thread that i see "quite useless" and "promoting" the signature, although mostly its in Kopitiam... I've had enough of reporting via the REPORT button and now creating this thread.... If it doesnt infringe the LYN rules, then just tell me.....and i will gladly say sorry to the owner.
