 Showing 'Unknown Caller' on call logs, Unknown Caller Description

hii.. want to ask if anybdy here have encountered this problem when receiving phone calls and missed calls.. even on call logs.. n i cannot get details for the caller.. i'm sure that this is not a phone problem coz i have insert my maxis simcars on all my phone, iphone,android, lumia.. but all showing 'unknown' call when receiving calls.. i have sync my contact on gmail n previously works fine.. but since last week i cannot retrieve my missed calls n who is calling me.. refer mt attachment pic.. apprciated if anybdy can help me.. tq

They did not switch on your CLIP (Caller Line Identity Presentation). Call 123 and they will help you to activate it.
