big boss owner doesn't really care on how to attract people to come to this mall.. heard tenants already complaining several times of poor biz due to very low number of people coming to this mall..

on a side note, one of the security guards (who used to worked here) mentioned to me previously that he saw some "strange" thing when he was patrolling at 3rd floor of the mall during midnight..  I'm also not sure whether it's true or not..

What happenings? What sinister story? Mind sharing if u know

if the "entity" story is indeed true, that could help to explain why this building has changed its state several times, from UE3 to shops which selling antique stuff and till the current Viva Home which is still not performing well...  

I think the tenant in current viva home that is doing well (perhaps the only tenant) is the club at top floor.. the rest of tenants are swatting flies even cinema on weekends/PH

I'm pretty sure that the cinema at here is suffering losses.. always less than 10 people whenever I watch movie at here..

hope it can still sustain at this mall..
yes.. occupancy rate is clearly dropping in this mall as more tenants are moving out from this mall.. even F&B left like less than 15 for the whole mall..

the big department store at LG floor is also swatting flies.. don't think it can sustain for long..

on a side note, i'm surprise that they managed to get new supermarket to replace Giant..
