if either one of the anchors closed down, then we can say "sayonara" to the mall..

even the new fashion anchor (G*M) at LG floor is dying badly.. F.O.S also closed down on 2 months ago due to poor biz..

been to here several times to watch movie.. the whole hall is always LESS than 10 people..

really running into losses..

and today I see MBO plan to open 5 new outlets each year.. starting next year.. spending 20mil to 25mil on each location

Already 2-3 years no step into this mall...

Don't understand how mall operators think at all...from beginning machiam just waiting to close shop, business model totally out (just my opinion)

With sunway recent poor record......i dunno is luck or management losing touch...
Which commercial sunway able to make it success after sunway pyramid

The sunway carnival mall in bm never really take off.....the surrounding shoplot nobody buys or rent

Then refurbish this viva mall.... failed

Then bought over the mall. Sunway putra mall. Failed

Wonder how is the velocity opening..this month

Viva mall not under sunway.. But with same group of kenanga wholesale & central market.
Dunno why still got new tenant open up the shop over there. Can simply see so little people go in there

It's suppose to be a special purpose furniture mall...you don't buy them everyday, a little quiet is ok

Not much people actually goes to this mall.
So empty..
Only positive is the cinema.. For that some will come

My fengshui master said it is due to bad fengshui, main door at wrong location. In contrary, Viva Hotel doing quite ok because main entrance at ONG position

To change the luck of Viva Home, they need to change the main entrance to face South East 2/3 (135-164 degree) or South West 1 (210-224 degree).

Oh if like that, the mall needs to do some renovation to move the main entrance

To move the signage and adjust the glass entrance will do

actually they are still doing well.. they are earning from their expo halls..

wondering why MBO still have funds to operate more cinemas.. when the most of the existing cinemas are dying badly..


correct.. viva mall is not under sunway..

Viva used to be under the same boss of which kenanga & central market also belongs to them.. but another new boss has taken over the management of viva.. and they "kicked out" the food court on top floor and planning to do their own food court but stilll NO progress till now..

you mean the direction of the main door should be similar like Vivatel (hotel)?

are you sure? except for popular, vaping, some cheap clothes events.. most of the time the expo hall is EMPTY..

hmm just minor adjustment..
Wonder why the mall operators didn't consult fengshui master first..

Yes.. they are still earning.. always see at least 2 events every month.. and the hall booking is not cheap..
