The purpose of this thread is to clear my name in the thread offenders minor blacklist :

The reason I am bringing this up is because VikingW2K has informed me that there are "OTHER" people who has secret complaints against me and about me??

The Case in the minor list involves myself and Seng007 :

this case Happened in 2003:

At that time i had a Abit NF7 v2 Mobo and a Locked Barton 2500+
As all overclockers are aware that ALL amd processers after a certain Date (week 39) were SUPERLOCKED,...no shorting of pins or drawing of traces could unlock the mutipliers...

Untill,....The creator of CPUMSR ( http://www.cpuheat.wz.cz/html/AXP_multipli..._Multiplier.htm ) Found a way to unlock it,......

The catch was it worked on KT333 and KT600 (which are via chipsets and sis chipsets) motherboards,....Unfortunately mine was a NForce2motherboard,..

As all AMD users in that era knows,..the Abit NF7 was the most expensive /Stable and overclockable mobo for socket 476,....Retailing for about rm350+++(cant remember the exact price) It was so popular that tic-tac modded many bioses and it was also famed for its onboard soundstorm,...

After modding the bridges (cutting/tracing/penciling etc,...) and running CPUMSR I got the NF7 to see my Barton 2500+ as a mobile amd with MP,...but I could not change the multipliers even though I could see that it was unlocked ,..due to the NFORCE 2 chipset limitation with the program,....

Being a hardcore overclocker,...I then decided to TRADE my 1 month old NF7 on low Yat Net with any KT333 or KT600 chipset motherboard (I bought my motherboard from MYPC and may even have the reciept still,.somewhere)

My conditions were simple,..I wanted to TRADE and I indicated THAT the Tradee did NOT have to top up anything,..(ALL KT333 and KT600) mobo at that time was RM100 cheaper than my mobo,...(therefore in the business sense i was on the losing end) beacuse i was trading a 1 month old "HOT' mobo with reciept for a slightly older generation VIA chipset mobo

A Good current example would be if someone were to trade his 1 month old ASUS P5B-E (965) mobo for a Foxconn or gigabyte (945) chipset mobo,...(because the trader knows that using the (945 could unlock all multipliers on the core 2 duo conroe ),.....OBVIOUSLY his mailbox would explode,...

So in that time i recieved many offers,...from all around Malaysia,...there were also offers fron KL,....I in my own way always ask for the interested party address and phone number as per my habit so incase if i wanted to proceed further I ALWAYS preferred the personal touch over the phone,..

One of those that offered was SENG007,...If i remembered correctly his motherboard was a MSI with a KT600 chipset and according to him he did not have all the cables (ide/floppy)etc,...AS usual I asked for his address and phone number
and pmed him a couple of times asking about things like the spec of his mobo and whther still had warranty (NO),...

The million dollar question here to all traders is this,...DOES IT mean that if you ask for a persons phone number and address and you pm him a couple of times that means the deal is confirmed???,....WOW that means at that time i confirmed with over 10 people ( i dont think so),....

THAT is why now whenevr I open a thread selling things in Low Yat net I always state that I RESERVE the ultimate right as to WHO/WHERE/When and at WHat price i want to sell,....this means in simple terms that I hold the final say and decision as to who i want to sell to,..

Low yaters are so fond of saying (aiyaaa i pm u first,...aiyaaa you promise me wat??,....nevermindlah i pay you more u sell me lah,.///,...wahhhh u say reserve for me,...where can like that wan man,,,...) this is why Once bitten twice shy,..

SENG007 came to his OWN conclusion that i wanted to exchange with him,....AT NO point did I state that I CONFIRMed the exchange,...

Its like a girl asking a guy for his address and phone number,....when she calls hime he says,.." Aiyaa when you coming over to make love with me??" she says "You FREAK!" just beacause i want your phone umber and address does not mean i want to sleep with you,....actually I want to sell you Herbalife",....

ASSUMPTION,....= ASSUME = Making and ASS out of U and ME

My own speculation as why SENG007 reported to a mod about the topic was because if i remembered correctly he kept sending pms indicating that he wanted to trade asap,...(THIS IS due to the fact that he was getting the good end of the deal) I kept telling him that i would think about it,...he asked for my address and phone number also and i gave it to him,....(FURTHER building up his own illusion in his mind that i was going to exchange with him),....

ALL i want like i told VIKING is for my name to be removed from the minor offenders list (under the topic of FFKing SENG007)

Imagine if I acted like him and pmed aanother member that was selling something
and then he ask for my name and address in case he wanted to get back to me,...or even worst i ask for his phone and address and report to the mod that he promised to sell me the item at XYZ price beacause i have his name and phone number and he promised me verbally.,....ANYBODY could Frame ANYBODY THEN,.

offtopic and sidenote : SENG007 is from Penang,...wouldnt it make better sense to trade with a KL person than to go thru all the hassle of shipping???...

PS: i do not have th pms anymore since it was sooooooo long ago,..it will all boil down to my word versus his,....but like i said,...ask anyone who have dealt with me before and ask them what kind of a person i am,...

I have not forgotten the $$ due to you and will openly admit that on that saturday morning (just b4 i went to seremban) i borrowed $ from you (but that was on a personal level with nothing to do with buying or selling of goods on low yat net,..

It was not because i stiffed you on a product or otherwise,...but rather it was along the lines of a personal loan (which i have not returned),..

tq,....actually i did not mind my name in the trade minor collumn,.....but its just that after meeting up with vikingw2k,...i decided that hey after 3 years i tot that the moderators said last time that if the minor offender,...has a good rep then thery are taken off the list,......i waited 3 years b4 thinking that hey its too long a time for something that isnt even wrong with me,....i actually tried pming the guardian of the thread at that time,...i cant remember who,...about it but no reply
