I have a small shop now at Jaya One, PJ, selling fashion & accessories for men, women, children and miscellaneous items. I am looking to either SELL my biz OR find a partner.

REASON: Looking into F&B now (:

Here are my product categories currently on shelf:
MEN

WOMEN
1. Ladies' bags
2. Clutches, purses, wallets.

CHILDREN
1. Card games
2. Board games
3. Coloring materials
4. Bottle caps (that old school game haha)
5. Some stationery
6. Misc toys
7. Balloons

OTHER MISC.
1. Paper gift bags (Handmade!)
2. Gift wrappers
3. Gift bags (Ready made)
4. Some stationery
5. Drinking games props
6. ID Tag holders (Best sellers!)
7. Lanyards
8. Memo bottles
9. Some necklaces and hair ties
10. Some home decors (on clearance price currently)
11. Some keychains

I may have missed out a couple of things, but majority of the things are in the list above.

My contract with the tenant ends on 31st Dec 2017, and I plan to either sell off this biz or get a partner who can manage the biz on part time basis? Negotiable.

Sell Biz:
1. You will need to buy all the shelf products from me at cost price. (I dont want to bring them back or try to sell online.)
2. You will also pay a second hand price for all the furniture and fixtures in the shop. (Mostly IKEA racks and netting frames.)
3. You are free to use your own company name.
4. The location of the shop is near the Central Cashier, nice location, a lot of people will cross your shop, no doubt about it! (Please see number 5!)
5. However, because I dont own the location of the shop, the tenant can freely rent it out to other people first-come-first-serve basis. Generally, if you can confirm AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE, most likely you'll get to keep the lot as I'll put in the word for you and you can make your bookings with the tenant directly.

> Basically, I sell to you my shelf products (whatever not sold before my contract ends) and furniture, fixtures, and even some shop stuff that I dont use anymore (I can provide the FULL LIST for SERIOUS buyers). If you can confirm ASAP you can keep the lot.

Partner:
1. We can discuss a joining fee that we both agree upon (not more than RM1000). This joining fee is fully REFUNDABLE, when either party end the term peacefully (no issues, no dramas, etc etc). This is really just to ensure me that you're serious and dont wish for any hanky-panky biz yeahh (hence why refundable). Lol
2. I will still do my part to bring in new & old products once in a while.
3. You can also source for products to bring in, but I will need to vet it yeah?
4. However you will be more required to manage the shop like your own which includes: checking products; arrange display items; put discount on slow items; etc.
5. Later on, if we're both happy working with each other, you will get more responsibilities such as: buying products, stocking up products, registering products.. etc
6. Payout? 50-50

> Basically you're getting hands-on experience on owning a (small shop), where to source products, consumer market trends, or you wanna know if entrepreneuring life is right for you, etc etc. I'm offering you that!

Additional info:
* We have full time staff so you dont have to be there everyday. just need to drop by a few times a week to keep the biz momentum going (which I dont have the time to commit atm)
* Open 7 days a week, 10am-10pm (closed on certain PH)
* Indoor, air-cond location
* Sales report monthly
