Umm guys? What's all this talk about unlocking? Care to explain plz?

I'm already getting my iPhone and bringing it back here.

Would REALLY appreciate it if some1 told me it doesn't work in M'sia. According to *Apple* staff, it should work fine.

Again, please reply before June. Cause well...u know la.

OMG...I can't believe this!

*shocked* *stunned* *dies*

GRRRR.

I know I hate the iPod, but Apple shouldn't do this to new customers like me.

Bish!!!

Hmm, let me try to recall what Apple staff in MY said, * It'll work here no problems*

Fishers.. All of em. Fish!!! mad.gif

MAybe I'll actually have to consider Nokia, which I also hate, or LG Prada. Google's Phone Switch doesn't seem so bad now either.

How much.

Besides, if warranty is void, I'd rather wait the 6 months. Anyways, see what Apple in US says.

Exactly.

Specs are JUST that.

If the REAL thing disappoints, then yes, hate all you want. But till then. It's just specs.

Zzz

I just came back from US. 29th only coming out over there.

$499 for 4GB $599 for 8GB

bedok >> If you hate iPhone so much, just go away. Go to some stupid Nokia or something.

The only thing you could argue is about 1st GEn thing. Yes prolly it'll , just like the 1st Gen iPod. The clicked sucked so bad for ppl who had 10,000++ songs.

But the thing is, since is based on an OS. Prolly we can update it, instead of relying on newer hardware.

Oh my god! Thanks groucho!

But no GPS doesn't really effect M'sia in particular. I mean, what are we going to use GPS for? I don't see the point in it.

I'm surprised MMS is not supported though. Since it's mostly pictures, gifs and rich text. Strange.

Hmm already knew about the talking while surfing and and vib mode....

Anyways, lets see what US ppl have to say about it. ONly 18 more days to US launch.

Which brings me back to the point, I think it's going to be an underused feature, ESP in M'sia.

I've mates coming over here and complaining that it's so slow. But I've never been over Amelika to find out how fast their service is.

Sigh, still got 2 digits of days left. Faster la.

Anyways, I'm hoping that Apple will keep the same price for both 4GB and 8GB models.

Meaning that the 8GB should only be about RM2.1k after conversion and RM1.7 for the 4 GB.

LOlx. Thanks dude.

smile.gif I recalculated 599*3.4 is actually RM2.1k (rounded). If that's the selling price in M'sia with contract, I'm just gonna get it. and kill the contract later. tongue.gif Love my current number too much.

I'm more worried about the AT-T contract. Hopefully Apple does something for Asian region.
