Forget about the online contact form. You can't even filled it up nicely as there's no Apple & no iPhone listed. Even if you did emailed, all you get its sales rep telling you there's no support because it's not official in Malaysia, blah blah blah.

Just hold on for few more days, I should get update from insider.

Well, as a service provider, I hope they know what they're doing. If they think I'm just one customer & don't give shit about it. Very well, they don't deserve my money. And to be sure, once I shift telco, it's gonna be a few line together (family & close friend).

And it might affect more if the bad reputation spread out in my community.

RM600? I think it could be RM800-900. Easy money indeed.

The only thing you void is that warranty.
Once there's a re-lock app available, it should be ok to revert back to virgin.

There should be a international support, this is a mobile device, you can't expect ppl to use it in US only. I havn't got mine, maybe those that have it should check with Apple Care call center regarding this.

QUOTE(derred @ Sep 27 2007, 12:28 AM)
I don't really get u there, but I believe they will support it if the phone is not unlocked (as far as they know). Just restore into a virgin state and I think you'll be good. However, I doubt they will have any spare part for hardware component like say u broke the display and stuff. I assume the best they can do is they will contact Apple US and get it shipped to them or they will have to take ur phone and ship it there. Either way it's not as efficient as we would want. This thing is not available worldwide yet, so we can't expect too much out of it.

Yeah, I understand it's not worldwide, but at lease there is support (or should be) available anywhere with Apple store/ retailer. I'm saying this if the phone are in roaming with AT&T, not unlocked/hacked phones.

Once I get mine, I will share some guide.
Maybe the edited Maxis & Celcom logo to fit the iphone menu as starter.

this is what my research told me:
Send with USPS 90-100% will get caught in KLIA.
Send with courier (FedEX, DHL or UPS) 10-30%.

I rahter pay more up front. I was told they will open ur iPhone packaging n put a very "nice" SIRIM sticker right on the back of your iPhone.
