jeff cavaliere, alan thrall mostly

Jeff Cavaliere from AthleanX - his mobility tips helps me a lot -too many videos though, 1 example how you squat during the -ve portion of the exercise, try to "pull" the weight down instead of letting the weight fall down or imagine trying to pull invisible carpet underneath your feet apart - to engage glutes, hams more - can totally avoid knee pain then only I knew he knw his shit probably cos of his past experience..

Israel Thomas Narvaez from Powerliftingtowin - long winded highly technical videos on benchpress and etc - one of the most underrated on youtube..

Alan Thrall, Buff Dudes, Omar Isuf - easy to follow guide: Alan's small cues on squat, dun look on mirror, neutral head, eyes fix on something - whole body tension, elbow lock down etc..huiyo really works..and some other many stuffs.

For entertainment - Infinite Elgintensity - funny roasting videos

I've been following Sean Nalewanyj since day 1 of training. His videos are short and sweet, straight to the point. He debunk myths. He emphasises a lot on high intensity, low volume, scientifically proven supplements, calorie deficit/surplus.

2. Lee Hayward

Sometimes follow Scott Herman. But he talks too much; Zzzz. Instead of straight to the point.
