it all depends on what kind of excuse the seller can cough up and what kind of compensation / renumeration one is expecting

well, if this is the first or second time he/she did such "mistake" then just PM him/her to correct it. If this is already third or more times then it's unforgivable. Post it here to force him to be more careful with his trade. Giving false info with a product is like a con in itself.
