It is part of YTL Land & Development Bhd’s 186-acre Sentul township development that comprises retail commercial, offices and residential components.


TheEdgeProperty.com data showed that five units at Sang Suria were transacted in 2016, at an average selling price of RM583,000, or RM506 psf. No transaction was recorded in 1H2017.

At the opposite end, 78 condos saw sale prices drop from 2.2% to 11.7% y-o-y. The five steepest dips were experienced by Platinum Lake PV10 in Setapak at 11.7%, Abadi Indah Apartment in Taman Desa at 9.2%, G Residence in Desa Pandan at 8.9%, Seringin Residences in Kuchai Lama at 8.4% and Idaman Residence @ KLCC at 8.2%.

Some used to claimed high end properties are bought by the riches is immune to price drop, and property price always goes up.

Noise from elevated mrt track could be loud, regular and disturbing. While looking at properties near mrt station, what is consideration on noise from elevated met track?

Mrt1 line has been commissioned for over a year, how much has property near mrt station has appreciated due to proximity to mrt station and elevated track.

If the market is willing to pay a premium for units near mrt station; developer is likely to price this premium into selling price or future price to profit themselves than allowed buyers to gain.
