so based on your post, you claim to have a monthly income of rm 40,5000 but why selling at 35k? one month income would cover that.

lets say 2 staff @ rm 4k n rental of 3k (1st floor kl rate), thats still a net of rm 33,500 per month (considering kl based salary n rental)

hi , the sales is not net profit , need to deduct from buying stocks for snack , drinks and vape

monthly after deduct everything , can earn around 5k(lowest) to 15k(higest) ( open daily , 16 hours a day , good and polite worker , and u yourself can manage the workers and the business with events such as tournament , snooker league , ladies night , lucky draw , winner stay and many ) .
