Hi Can Suggest me other Laptop with similar spec and price like ASUS A456U but from other brand like HP/DELL/LENOVO?


Spec that i prefer

1. 6th Gen Processor (dont mind 5th gen if got GT940 GC)
2. 14" Monitor
3. Preferable DD4 (but not main criteria)
4. Must have at least GT920 or GT930 GC
5. Price is below RM2,000


Please help me and if you found a good deal for the laptop. please link here as will. Serious buyer here. Planning to buy sometimes this week, if got easy payment plan is better.

Price in the site would be the bargain price when u wish to purchase from lowyat laptop store, recommend too look for Viewnet or Sri Computing PC store in lowyat

Wow thank you, that HP Pavilion is quite tempting. But how is 5th gen and 6th gen processor differ? Heard that it is a lot more powerful, but that GT940m is way better that lousy GT920..

Is it more cheaper if i buy at lowyat shopping mall or online? planning to go there after work..

I'm trying to avoid buying ACER because heard lot of bad review from my Acer user. This is not review from internet but rather their personal review after using ACER few years.

ermm, the processor wise i shouldn't give serious about it coz 5th gen and 6th gen on this affordable laptop series basically same spec but different technology and power NM is different by a bit, for better one of coz the latest but not much difference.

Just to get yourself a better deal la if head to lowyat, for me, will only head to those big merchant store when purchase laptops. the price in techhypermart is quite good already, but u may get better pricing when u visit those stores though.

MSI CX62 6QD with i5-6300HQ skylake CPU Processor, Nvidia GT940 graphic card, 128GB SSD, 4GB DDR4 Memory, preloaded win10 & etc. price abt RM2,899.00. some dealer do provide easy payment but u need to check.

I heard the feedback for this model is quite good, the speed faster as it comes with SSD

too expensive for the laptop with plastic chassis price tag at rm 2899 , especially the gpu onlywith ddr 3

I know nothing about computer. But, I'm in need with a laptop for working purpose. Budget lower than 2k as well.

I will download movies, dramas, songs and store in laptop. So, laptop storage must be big enough. Any suggestion? HP brand? Dell? Asus or Lenovo?

Your definition of less than 2kg considered is UltraBook? or still normal laptop?

I am a bit outdated.. Ultrabook means light and thin right?
However Asus Zenbook may not be suitable as it has no fans for cooling. I may work on ACAD.. but dont want to overheat my laptop.
K401 and k501 is less than 2.05kg, thats why i really like it.
So as long as all specs meet my requirement, normal laptop should be fine.

If for ACAD usage and no overheating maybe u can consider Inspiron 7559, 2.5kg, thin but 15.6".

you mean the size inch? normal standard screen will do. Recently went to One City and there was an IT fair I could say. I viewed on the laptops, got the brochure but in the end i din get to buy any.
