You Residences is developed by PJD Regency Sdn Bhd (OSK Property) Last year Oct finally got my condo VP. Till today May 2016, PJD get the architect from Akipraktis to write a letter and stated the unit was inspected and work was carried out to their satisfaction.
Here, I would like to show how wonderful OSK workmanship and how good the architect from Akipraktis. If you would like to have such wonderful workmanship like my unit. Remember to purchase OSK properties. Attached thumbnail(s)

I requested an inspection with the project team GM, but the customer care stated that my submission of defect was duly inspected and certified by the Architect of You Residences. Case closed.
Don't even bother to see me, says within 5 days to collect my key or will drop into my mailbox. This was written by the Manager of Customer Care Team (Angel Goh) I will go for Tribunal Tuntutan Pembeli Rumah |
