That consider little things compared with other projects like Empire city, Semarak@gombak. That look more like a ghost house and i believe they will fixed it to every defected units as soon as possible... actually every new conpleted projects sure will have defect areas. Ofcox we are the purchasers sure have the right to get back the quality.. dont worry bro. The defect liability is covering for 2 years. Anything u feel not comfortable can write a letter to the project team and what should osk to improve. Cheers...

Haixx.. i knew ur feeling bro.. you paid so much and end up never meet your expected quality delivered by OSK... I'm not helping osk give positive comments but in fact other reputable developer sure will have this issues. Sometimes we need to give them some time to solve this issues because that project got around 370 units sure take turn to fix it. i think they either dont have enough man power to solve the defect parts or most of the labours rushing to complete you vista project that coming to vp in this year July or August... i can say they sure will fix for you but maybe will take time if not this will definitely bring negative comments to them and affect their reputation for the next project (phrase 3).. i have friend who owning a studio unit at there and still pending to fix the defect but not as serious like your unit but he is not rushing to fix because he bought it for investment purpose. I think yours is 1200 to 1400sqft if not mistaken.. cheer bro... keep it low profile to avoid affecting the sub sales price at there...
