[wta] format it cant detect hdd

guys when i install new os put bootable pendrive and F12 select it go in to os , after select installation it say cant detect my hdd i have try use cmd disk part and clean it still the same
some say setting on mobo to set ahci but this is asus new mobo i cant see any setting to change ahci
any solution

open cmd(command prompt) through windows installation,u can find it on repair my computer type diskpart then u type select disk <x> where the <x> is the drive u want to use then type clean and done check the disk partition in custom installation and here u go,windows installation

installing windows xp or 7 32bit? they dont have native ahci drivers, u need to load sata ahci drivers prior to installation. http://windows.microsoft.com/is-is/windows...drive-not-foundif u dont wan the hassle, go to bios and switch the sata mode to native ide.

You should be able to see your HDD by then, next is to create partitions as you see fits & install like normal.
