any 1 know how to change the phone answer at the lock screen?

on my dad's phone, whenever incoming call, it is a notification mode instead of swipe to answer method at the lock screen.

u know la it's troublesome for old ppl if they cannot straight to asnwer the call instead of unlock the phone 1st, then only can answer the call.

any 1 face this problem b4? any solution?
