Can i change micro sim to nano sim free of charge at maxis center?

Never change my sim card for few years dy plus im a maxis one customer, old customer for 7 years, not sure they will change it for free or not

Today i go ask at maxis exclusive center at the mines, they will charge, i guess i just cut it,

few years back when i change from mini to micro, they said will charge RM25 if not mistaken. then i got SMS asking me to rate the service and i give max rate because the guy was nice and i got reply (must be automated) my charge was waived because i gave good feedback.
last 2 weeks my phone was stolen and go to maxis partner and they replace it for free. and this time that guy is not nice. |

Went to Maxis center (E-Curve, PJ) changed from micro to nano sim, it is foc. Sim owner need to be there to show IC. New sim given on the spot.

They are the one who advised me to change sim because I complained 3G speed was crawling. They even charged me but at the end, same result. I ported out to Digi and then Celcom. I only ported into Maxis again after 3 years and yet still this answer. Definitely disappointing. If you think it really it not recommended, why not proposed your upper management to consider giving it free? After all, one sim can't be costing RM25 is it? |
