Probably you added credit cards long time ago. Try add another card. You will definitely get a notification that your credit card has been charged $1.

It's a normal process. On the internet, some people say paypal doesn't really charge the credit card, while some others say, it will be refunded.. The process is just to verify the validity of the credit card.. (or perhaps that's how paypal make more money.. )

last year, people can use the codes without discount limit.. lot of people bought handphone with RM300++ discount.. nowadays... haishh, all discounts are not more than rm50 or rm30..
