Hi everyone... I got a query here asking for reassurance basically

As long as an item is Sold & Fulfilled by Lazada, do I expect any hanky panky to happen?

i.e. Fake goods, unsealed products, used goods?

1) Are these Sold & Fulfilled by Lazada items brought in by Lazada themselves

or

2) Is it through a 3rd party merchant that perhaps transfer some stock to Lazada's warehouse?


Because I just bought a "Sold & Fulfilled by Lazada" item that currently cost RM5XXX RRP and the price is so attractive whereby I got it at a price that certainly beats the best market price by RM2XXX, the warranty description was legit as well

Fortunately, the item I bought has the 100% Buyer Protection / Satisfaction Guaranteed, which has this "Return within 14 days" as well.. I'll certainly run through the returns regulations again before I unbox my item!
