my shopback also still under 'processing'.suspect cashflow issue

i'm using midea AC (3units) for the past 5yrs.
1.5HP inverter (used everyday and heavily,older version using r22) and 2x 1HP normal cheapest version.

all are still functioning well and i never re gassed before. just regular cleaning like filter, blower and hand jet compressor.
is my testament of reliability. what i was told that compressor using toshiba parts
