hi all,
appreciate if anyone can confirm here. Assuming if i am using a credit card, example today is RHB Thursday, and qualify for rebate...then i apply the voucher code, will i get both rebates? or only can pick one to use? Either use RHB discount or voucher? I cannot try because i don't have RHB but just curious and ask, if this works, i may wait for other days for other type of credit cards offer.... thanks! |

hi all,
Just wondering if the item is stated as 2 years Local Supplier Warranty, usually how do we go about the warranty claim? I bought a mouse but when i receive the package, i don't see any warranty card (but i think normally mouse also don't have warranty card attached), so just curious and wondering how to claim for warranty if i really need to... Is it warranty by lazada itself or the actual brand warranty? Thanks! |

So this is what I understand... no chance to test it out yet...
If today is rhb day... by right you get 12% off if you buy using rhb credit card but then if you also want to use the voucher code ... it won't work... u can choose either one only... if you order from good ratings seller, usually the shipping very fast...my record was order today, deliver tomorrow...but you have to order early in the morning la...

Buy from seller with good ratings... 4.5 above is better but 4.0 above still ok... lookout for warranty information.... buy those with 100% Satisfaction Guarantee or 100% protection... if got issue you can dispute within 7 days and you can return product for full refund...
So far i encounter good experience buying from lazada... just I worry also about the warranty.... how to claim warranty if really got issue.... that i need others more experience on warranty claim to help comment... My item just got updated to "delivered" status but I have not yet got the item also... I check the gdex tracking but not yet show delivered also....
Is this normal? Or the seller trying to get good ratings and quickly update the status? |

Been using poslaju for more than 10 years I think and never got a problem... always fast and sometimes item arrived before the tracking number got updated in system... or probably the update is slow... haha... Anyway... good you receive so fast... every buyers dream...

Also, this item got 100% buyer protection so if anything wrong i think you can still claim from lazada or return the product within 7 days...make sure you do that if you got problem with the phone...
