I use my Cimb credit card to pay the Digi mobile reload for different number but fail. The payment from the bank is approved but the bank decline it due to payment issue. Any one face this issue and what can I do to solve this issue?

just share my experience three years ago with lazada.

I bought a external hardisk hub(rm50). when I receive the item, I find that the external hardisk is not detected by using the hub.

then I fill in the return form to ask the replacement. the courier I use from Sarawak to kl is rm30. lazada pay it after I submit the shipping cost(don't need receipt).

the second replacement come and it also cannot detect my hardisk. I am angry about this and ask for refund. then I send back the hub and lazada bank in again the shipping cost rm30 to me.

Finally, lazada do the full refund rm50 to my credit card again.

Lazada will pay u and don't worry. need some times only. just fill in the form and tell them the item cannot use. that all.

where can get the digi reload for the best price? at least 10 percent o. thanks
