FYI, i didn't make big purchases from lazada yet, because there's really a lot of random seller in lazada, and some are definitely scammer~~So I contact Lazada CS instead.
in order to avoid all these problems, i usually will spend more time researching on the seller name via google, and checked out their company / facebook page.
this is how you view the seller name, (some which are fully fulfilled by lazada will not be shown, maybe it was directly come lazada? i'm not really sure)
