what does top up rebate means? reload Rm100 get RM20 rebate T&C applies? need to get voucher?

called seller.. what seller told me lazada did not send any 'signal' to them.. thats why they did not bother to reload

seller also told me many case happened before whereas customers did not receive credit.. well i guess i will label it as scam and legal actions will be taken by tomorrow morning after communicate with lazada
