I use my Cimb credit card to pay the Digi mobile reload for different number but fail. The payment from the bank is approved but the bank decline it due to payment issue. Any one face this issue and what can I do to solve this issue?

Lazada cs keep saying that they oso don't know why and the bank cs say that the transition is approved
