Tablet with Windows Phone 8.1 or Windows 10 Mobile is useless. U can't do anything except SMS, Call. Whatsapp, some basic MS Office feature and so on with creepy stores and apps. If u want try Windows 10 Mobile, try to get Lumia smartphone. At least u know it just a mobile, not a personal computer (PC).
