how do i exactly open the lazada app from shopback app ?
I just seem to be able to use inbuild browser from shopback. this does not count as app and thus app voucher cannot be used.

In ShopBack App, click Lazada Mobile App to launch Lazada App. If you click Lazada.com.my, it'll open up the browser, not App.

Hi everyone. I made a purchase on the Lazada mobile app today about 2 hours ago and also another one yesterday. Up till now, I still haven't received any notification or email saying that these two transactions has been tracked and credited to my shopback account. Previously when I made purchases on the Lazada mobile app they would be tracked to my shopback account real fast & I'll get the notification/email within an hour or two. Sometimes, this works even if I don't click through the Shopback mobile app to Lazada to make the purchase but instead just using Lazada app only (don't know why or how exactly)...

Should I be worried? Is it normal for shopback to track these 2 new purchases I made so lambat one?

Didn't receive any email notification too but the transaction was tracked and credited to my account. Try checking your account again.

I try open the lazada Mobile from shop back app but I only get white screen. You face this problem

I don't have this problem. You have the latest Lazada/Shopback app installed?

Yes. Install latest one. Thou connection problems so went to Wi-Fi area like mamak, problem still the same so I using desktop. If I use lazada app only, no problem at all

Disable:
1) Blue-light filter app (eg. Lux)
2) Any ad-block app

If still doesn't work:
1) Uninstall both apps
2) Wipe cache via recovery
3) Reinstall Laz app first
4) Reinstall ShopBack app.
