In shopback for lazada apps, existing and new customer mean to shopback or lazada account?

Why i received only RM25 cashback buying oneplus3 at RM1688?

New lazada account i created, how much percent cashback i should receive?

For anker, I emailed the serial number.
For aukey, I just connect all my phones & tablets, & use app measure current. True enough, all ports working at max current allowed for each gadget.

Most cheap USB hub labeled 2A each port, but in truth, 2A is shared, not dedicated.

But most times, their app discount better than desktop discount. So no choice, still gotta use app.
