Items with 'best seller' tag and product eligible with voucher entitle for cashback using shopback? 1 of my purchase didnt got tracked, was having weak connection, tried a few times until it went through, didnt refresh/back tab tho, full cycle as I used to do when I make purchase. Emailed for missing cashback, they replied might require up to 15 days to be tracked.

if you were using apps, and connection failed or payment fail, then you need to close window and start process from beginning.
ie close app and open browser and start lazada apps from there.
cant remember if its the same with desktop
items usually track with few hours or 24 hours for me

ordered Soymilk Maker today 9.45am, the realize its an imitation brand around 3.30pm, contact their cs via web chat, they said supplier already send it out with tracking number, cant cancel now, need to reject the parcel when it comes.
funny thing is on my order page its still in processing and no tracking number, maybe the lazada system not updated yet.

At least now LEX got tracking. Last time no tracking. Call up Lazada asking where's my package? They said they need to check with LEX. Seems like during that time Lazada team and LEX team no synergy. Turns out my package was at a center near my house only. So I ask why stuck there? They said don't know, need to open case to check, might take up to 5 days to resolve.

So I wrote to the complain department saying wtf why take 5 days more to deliver? Suddenly in the afternoon I receive SMS saying LEX is attempting delivery now. Bagai pahat dengan penukul. Need to complain only start working.

But that time was during puasa month. Kesian the delivery guy, haha.
