Just wondering, anyone noticed a pattern in which items are/aren't under bank partnership? Somehow the same item can be under all the credit cards, but some items only certain bank partnerships valid.

I ordered an item fulfilled by Lazada and delivered by their own courier LEX on 17/6. Ready stock. Took more than one week to deliver to my office in KL. Last week whole weekdays they keep postponed, Saturday the courier guy call say want to deliver but Saturday my office is closed.
