Manage to buy 1 item >rm30 under new account, keyed in OTP at 10.10pm n order currently under processing, paid by creditcard.
After tried 2nd item using an existing account but got d msg of "fully redeemed".

Just check my order details n also with Bank's CS n was told I have been charged the full amount with no rm30 discount. What's going on?
Anyone else facing the same problem?

What time did you paid? AFAIK, the code is fully redeemed around 10.03pm

As stated above after applied the code successfully n immediately Key in OTP at 10.10 pm.

looks like I have to call to cancel d order.

According to CS TV3BEST has expired on 31May, eventhough it was successfully applied, since the amount charged to the creditcard is not the discounted price I chose to cancel d order.

I believe not the code problem. When you keyin the credit card number or choose other payment method, the code you applied will disappear.

You will need to re-applied the code, I think you did not notice this

then review order where u apply d code n shown the discounted price n
Then u placed order after which u r prompted to key in d OTP.

Like this should not be problem, unless you go back changed payment method
