How do bank recognize a tenancy agreement as supporting income?
Any strong indication to enable the tenancy agreement to be a solid income for an individual?

How do bank recognize a tenancy agreement as supporting income? Any strong indication to enable the tenancy agreement to be a solid income for an individual? Thanks |

Bank will only know if you report income tax. So great the rental agreement as income tax ok liao.. If you don't report then you can't treat it as one source of income?

usually bank only need the bank in transaction, so long you can proof there is transaction of bank in to single bank account as you claim, it will be sufficient to proof, they don't care much on tenancy agreement or income tax form.
as i know, minimum 6mths rental bank in transaction should be sufficient. |

as far as I know, agreement must be stamped. If income was starting last year, with tax declaration it will be a even stronger case. Don't forget to show the bank in amount in your account also....to make it simpler you should open a bank account specifically for that rental
