About to try without engaging any law firms..
I have copy a sample template of tenancy agreement..
Fine tune to my requirement (rents, period, deposits etc etc..)
Planning to get certified by a commissioner of oath to verify tenant and landlord documents and identification..
Then go to income tax office to stamp and pay the tax duty..

Hope will work..planning to do next week
