Yep. If u do auto attack, get cafrisun set and sacrament buff. really help. Your skill also will benefit from additional dmg.

grab it...good investment

cafrisun is good till 170 or 220 depending on how good you can dodge mob.

Yea pretty good. Some customization is to take more Deed of Valor instead of Zornhau since it not multi hit. Helm Chopper in my opinion does not need to get to level 10 either. Level 1 should be enough. Put more into Warcry and maybe Pouncing. I heard some claimed Pouncing is very good since it hit 20 times for 10 seconds but I've never tested it personally. Double Pay 1 level is enough, currently it has a bug? feature? that allows you to cast it and then you gain the benefits if your party members kills it. Example, in mission when the boss almost died, you open Double Pay and then let your party kill the boss, you will get the 2x exp as well. 2x drop don't apply to boss though.

Warcry level 5 or level 10 is quite personal. I will explain the reason here. At level 10, if you Warcry 10 mobs you will gain 300 physical attack + 30 = 330 if you up the attribute.

At level 5, you will get 19 * 10 + 30 = 210 physical attack. So the extra 120 physical attack you gained will benefit the other skills that you use as well.

Example gameplay: Taunt > Warcry > You get maximum hp buff and physical attack buff which is awesome like hell > Frenzy if you have Maintain Stack attribute > Seism > Cleave 3x damage to stunned mobs > Seism > Cleave again....basically clears any mob. In this scenario you will notice Helm Chopper is not much used.

Well in future you can reset skills. Seism is a must, it's the best damage skill for Barbarian Helm Chopper is optional and up to you.
