Hi guys, just to check, I found a bottle of Omega-3 fish oil in the cabinet which we brought back from New Zealand 2 years ago, it says "Use By Aug 2018", apparently it is way overdue, is it still safe to consume? or have to throw away?

From looking and touching the capsule, it still looks normal and soft, of course I cant tell whether the oil inside has gone back. Just feel a bit wasteful to throw away since it is a big bottle with 500 capsules.
