How does Ramadhan and Hari Raya Puasa affect the unit availability?

I'm thinking the uncle and auntie will withdraw for raya purpose if they have other than ASB & ASB2.

I'm not sure it right or wrong, but for my point of view, let say if Bumi lot have a lot of unit availability, I personally think that they (PNB) need to relocate back the percentage.

If not, they must encourage Bumi to invest.

By doing this, hopefully can help PNB and Malaysia in term of financial.

I strongly agree with you.

For me only focus on ASB and ASB2. Now its becoming hot among us do to 'Tips Beli Rumah Teknik ASB' was viral.

Not to forget, some of us oppose it due to non-shariah status as well.

We wait and see how the PNB look into this matter and what their next move biggrin.gif

You can google about it or if tldr I can conclude here base from my understanding.

The method are as follow:-

1) Loan ASB 200k. Commit this loan until get capital to d/p house.

2) Buy a house for rent. Do tenancy agreement.

3) After month/years buy another house. Use salary+tenancy agreement

4) Rolling the cash flow and repeat with ASB2.

5) Target i) ASB Cert 200k ii) House achieved

6) Decide own-self what to do next either upgrade to new houses or spend it elsewhere.
