All about lucky timing. Sometimes, I will go at 10am +/ 11am +, no units, sometimes, 1 shot 5 digits, home for good. Sometimes 4-6 visits- ended up with few baby units of 3 digits. All bank staff & even the bank manager are 'cheering' for me each time I managed to get some.

It'll be ex dividend date for AS1M & ASM. Just 5 digits. Can only do at RHB as Affin bank only allows 10k, same with ASNB.

I've checked with bank staff & manager. As far as I understand, I can only sell 10k at Affin, same with ASNB. RHB unlimited.

After the previous incident of my ASNB transactions with bank manager, I 'blacklisted' CIMB and withdraw all $$ and stopped doing business with them.

Yes. I've reconfirmed with staff & bank manager. Hopefully they'll revise the rate once they receive full license to operate for ASNB. (At the moment, they still have 'orange sticker'- restricted.)
I think CIMB & MBB are higher, right?

Affin getting full license by this year. Forgotten which month.

If CASA, unlimited selling for MBB? Then I may do the transaction in MBB instead as I've plan to park $$ in EPF later via MB online. Will be off to EPF thread later.

No need camping. Make frequent visits to bank.

Just need to complete my ASW. It's getting more difficult to get now a day. It's easier to get ASM if you're looking for it.

A short visit to bank. Tried it for my niece 1st. Only 3k ASW available.

Managed to top up good 4 digits ASW for myself and another 4 digits for my niece.

My niece completed her target for ASW & ASM at the moment.

For myself, just need another 4 digits to complete my personal target.

It doesn't matter what you wear as I'm always with Tshirt & short pant too.
My best advice, go to asnb. Do read up on some previous postings as I've gained many useful infos here.

I don't think there are many big units available today.

After bank staff processed my transaction, I asked him to try for my niece $2900 and it went thru straightaway. After that, he retried for me. Not even baby units available.. It must be my niece's lucky day.

Don't worry. Auntie twinkle is just inches away from reaching my target.

It happened to me also but I can understand why the bank staff didn't try as it'll be a waste of time if there is no unit available. Maybank & CIMB said the same quota full thing to me.
Only Affin bank staff willing to process for me but system rejected. It happened there are insufficient units available in the system at that time.
At the end, I went to ASNB and luckily I was able to open ASM & AS1M with 1 try only. My niece waited & re Q 3x before she'd finally got her ASM & ASW.

It's easier at ASNB as the staff can view the units availability. It does help to read up some previous postings. Be patience and just keep re Q when you're at ASNB. Try and get the 3 accounts (ASM, ASW, AS1M). You only need $100 for each account. If you have extra cash, you can check for more units availability and top up on the spot. If not re Q and re Q with a smile on your face and don't forget to say thank you to the staff.
