International rates when purchasing in FCY, that's all.

Neither VISA nor MASTERCARD has better rates. The rate is determined on the posting date, hence you can't tell what the rate is.

if you pay your full outstanding balance on time without fail, you actually save especially if you have those cash back cards...

CC forum have lots of success stories on this...

The only party the bank earns commission from is the merchant.

Use RM5000, get RM 100 cash back (example je, OK); you untung, the bank rugi. That's why many banks revoking cash back at the moment whistling.gif

get both, seriously.
During my Eurotrip 2014, at some parking lots in Paris, can't accept Visa. But can accept Mastercard.
But in Belgium, some only accept Mastercard and not VISA.

You'll be lucky to have both.
Of course you need to spend wisely.

Some banks terus revoke cash back feature laugh.gif

RM50 ah, you better take my bank's card, RM3K you get RM50 cashback, then RM3001 and above you spend get 0.3%; not very interesting but still at least no cap.

Say, you spent RM 10000; first RM3K you get RM50 dy, remainder RM7000 you get 0.3% which is RM21.

They accept cc with NO CHARGES at all..
Last time bought mobile phone there using cc.. what you see is what you pay + discount code...
