I have just upgraded to Kodi 16.1

Like to know whether I can switch from one skin A to skin B and later back to A if I find A is better, without loosing any of the original skin settings?

I have been doing the chrome thing via my PC and also via exiting Kodi, open chrome, do the required activation and then open kodi.

Saw a video where he could open chrome while running Kodi( he did not show how he opened chrome). Simpler, all in one go, without having to close and open, then close and open.

If on PC, no problem, I can run 100 & 1 programs.

I was referring to Q5 Pro.

Come to think of it, may be that guy in the video was showing the demo on his PC! And not on a TV box.

I set up the directory to play some concert videos via KODI-VIDEO-FILE.

I can navigate to the files using K-V-F but when I clicked on them, cannot play the videos.

The videos are on my NAS.

What have I done wrong or not done completely?

P/S For the chicken question, I am 101% sure I have switched the oven on. But it is still uncooked.

Wonder whether the chicken should be inside the oven or not!

PP/S Instead of doing via Kodi, I have already done that via the Media Center. Now asking myself why am I doing it via Kodi which is more resources intensive. I think I will stick with the media center for access to my NAS library.

Just graded to Q5 Pro 2.0.4 FW.

Still learning how to navigate through the menu etc. as I still prefer the old menu layout.

Sharing one simple tip after some frustrating attempts on the tv to remove some favourite entries. Just follow the above link. It is simple once you know the trick. Ha.

Watched the latest 4 Game of Throne epsiodes using Genesis Reborn.

Unlike before, the subtitle now is a few mins too early. Annoying, having to try many times to get it right.

I think the sub title is for the episode proper and not for the short clips of the earlier episode which is include at the start of the show.

Any thing I can or should do to quickly fix the sub title problem?

Have this problem some months ago but it is becoming a bit annoying now. When I play a movie on my Q5Pro, I cannot hear the dialogue. Can hear other sound. Some movies are aok but some not. Think it is due to the movie sound 5.1 Set my Onkyo AV to different modes movie, stereo, all speaker etc, still no dialogue.

What can I try to get the dialogue?

Used Media Center. Not Kodi addon.

Maybe the media player is not up to date. Tried to update MC's player but cannot find it.
