Guys, just got my mibox 3s enhanced, when i tried to test play HK/other drama(1080p/720p) through Kodi it's very choppy, it's stuttering like frames drop. I'm sure it's not about my the buffer because i have 30mb unifi. When there are Kodi UI elements overlay on the screen while a movie is playing, the playback is smooth though. Videos in youtube/terrarium is fine at the moment

Anyone knows what happen?

i own a 55" sony TV by the way

What addon are you using? Kodi version? YouTube addon 1080p/4K plays flawlessly in Kodi? Probably just a timing issue as it's weird that it plays smoothly with info overlay vs none.

it works great now after i turned off the "motion flow" setting in my sony tv.

Ok guys, i finally managed to solved. Here's the solution. Not only do you need to install Google Play Service but you also need to install Google Play Store in order for that error to pop up!

It's not Kodi related. You have a rogue app installed.. Go through your installed apps and remove it. Once you do, the ads will stop.
*
u mean the app is named "rogue"?

No.. I used "Rogue" as in defective, dishonest, bad... So work backwards on the third-party apps you've been installing on the device.. Once you uninstall the right one, the ads should stop showing up. That's if it's not an app so bad, that it has multiplied and embedded itself deeply on your device. In which case, you may have to factory reset.

i see, didn't install any apps as far as i can remember. will check it out. thanks!
